JUSTONEWAY is a brand operated by Hoju&I (Youngjae Kim · ABN 64 105 426 440). In these terms, ‘we’ and ‘us’ mean Hoju&I.

• interfere with the normal operation of the website
• scrape or copy its content automatically without our consent
• submit enquiries under false details or impersonate someone else

If we find any of the above, we may take steps such as blocking access, and where we suffer loss we may pursue remedies available to us under the law, including a claim for damages.

The plans and prices shown on this website are for information only and are not an offer capable of acceptance. A contract is formed only when both parties agree in a written quote or agreement.

• All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.
• Prices shown as ‘from’ are a starting point and vary with the scope of the work.
• Third-party costs such as domains and hosting are charged according to each provider’s pricing and your actual usage.
• Our prices may change, but the amounts in a quote we have already issued hold for that quote’s validity period.

We handle personal information in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

This website is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. We do not warrant that it will always be available without interruption, or that everything on it is free of error or fully up to date.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service or refunding the amount you have paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or loss of data.

We may change these terms, and will post the updated terms and their effective date on this page. Contracts already entered into remain subject to the terms that applied when they were made.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
